This six week course is designed for women who are looking to take time out from their busy schedule to prioritise their self care.
The course includes meditation, self hypnosis, techniques to reduce stress and improve sleep, information and psychological models to help you prioritise your needs and take care of your self.
Busy lives, families and work can sometimes leave women feeling exhausted, frustrated, feeling not good enough and finding themselves saying yes and over committing. This course is an opportunity to spend time in a friendly, nurturing and supportive environment with other women and come together to improve your wellbeing, feel calmer in the chaos and generally improve happiness and contentment.
Sarah is passionate about supporting women in finding their inner calm even in the chaos and busy life schedules. With knowledge and expertise in many psychological models and therapeutic techniques, Sarah shares information and techniques that women can utilise in their own life to find a calmer, happier and more peaceful way of life.
