Hello and welcome to my site. I am Sarah a Psychotherapist, Life coach and Trainer. As a registered therapist for over 15 years and a teacher and trainer, I create an environment for personal change and growth helping people to access their inner resourcefulness and create changes within them.
As a therapist my core value is to offer a non -judgmental and empowering space where people can explore their current thinking, feelings and behaviour patterns to make positive changes and live a more fulfilling and happy life. You may be experiencing a period in your life of low mood/depression, anxiety, stress, redundancy, divorce, bereavement, or any other life event. Or you might have lost direction or general zest in life. Whatever your current situation, Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy and life coaching can help you to move away from current unhelpful or stuck thinking patterns towards a more positive state of mind enabling you to be the best version of you.
As a trainer I work with groups in Education and the public and private sector. I have designed and delivered wellbeing programmes for teachers to reduce stress, manage their state, improve their confidence and enhance the learning environment. I have delivered mindfulness programmes in organisations to reduce stress, staff absence and improve wellbeing. Using NLP, coaching and positive Psychology I have trained staff in effective communication, team work, managing change and motivation. I provide a learning environment that is positive and engaging and teach current and informative content that people can utilise in their life to help them. I believe that we all do the very best we can at any given time with the inner resources we have. Guiding people to seek new information about how they ‘tick’ helps them to access more choices in their thinking, feeling and behaviours so that they can have more positive outcomes.
